Candy Lloyd

Mrs. Lloyd brings over 35 years of experience as a driven and resourceful business owner leading a successful enterprise. Her expertise in strategic planning, business development, and team leadership have contributed to a proven track record of increasing revenue and market share while maintaining the highest client satisfaction. Mrs. Lloyd is proficient in financial management, marketing, and sales, with a passion for fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture. Her strong background in building and nurturing client relationships lead to long-term partnerships and business growth. She is committed to continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead in a dynamic business environment. Mrs. Lloyd earned a BS in Business Management.

Vice President

Dan Lloyd, P.E.

Dan grew up in the construction industry and has always had a deep-rooted passion for building things. He is a seasoned professional with over four decades of management and ownership experience in the construction industry. He has spearheaded numerous projects for clients such as the Harris County Flood Control District, the US. Army Corps of Engineers, the San Jacinto River Authority, and many others. Mr. Lloyd is a registered P.E. in the state of Texas and obtained a BS in Civil Engineering.

Vice President of Operations

Shawn Schmitt, P.E.

Shawn brings 29 years of successful operations experience to his role as Vice President of Operations. He is a natural team leader and quality-driven manager for all projects he takes on. Shawn receives a feeling of satisfaction from producing a tangible, often lifestyle-enhancing piece of work that improves the communities we build in. This sense of accomplishment has created an eagerness in Shawn to mentor and develop our company leaders. Mr. Schmitt is a registered P.E. in the state of Texas and earned a BS in Civil Engineering.

Senior Project Manager

Tyler Guillen

Tyler is responsible for the overall supervision, management, and direction of multiple, complex projects at one time. He brings 15 years of construction management experience and feels tremendous accomplishment when his projects reach completion. Tyler has built and maintained relationships with numerous clients, suppliers, and trade contractors. Mr. Guillen earned a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
